When I’m on the go, the fastest way to capture tasks to my Notion task manager is with my voice.
I do this with an automation I built, which lets me trigger a shortcut from my phone’s home screen. From there:

However, this is not a polished app. It’s a workflow that requires some setup, and you’ll need to follow the instructions to set it up successfully.
