Why put them here, instead of including them right on the main dashboard?
My philosophy is to ship Ultimate Brain with everything you need front-and-center. Anything you don’t need should opt-in, not opt-out. This keeps the template from feeling bloated, and makes it easier to learn for folks new to Notion.
All the components you might need are here, ready for quick pasting. This allows you to decide exactly what you’ll see when you visit your copy of Ultimate Brain.
Click and drag until you’ve selected both the database view and the heading above it.
With the both blocks selected, copy them with **⌘**/Ctrl+C and then paste them in your desired destination with **⌘**/Ctrl + V.
