I sync it to Notion Calendar, which ensures I always know ahead of time when renewal charges are coming up – especially useful for annual charges, which are easy to forget about!
The template itself helps you split out your expenses by category, note who is using each tool/service, and see the total amount you’re paying for all your recurring expenses.
I built this tool primarily for teams, but you can also use it for personal expenses as well.
