Well hello there!

Ultimate Tasks is a full-featured task and project manager for Notion. It includes many of the feature you’re used to having in other task management apps like Todoist, TickTick, and Asana:

• Smart Lists - Inbox, Today, Next 7 Days, etc.
• Projects - organize tasks into specific projects, then mark those projects To Do, Doing, Done, or Ongoing (for maintenance tasks)
• Sub-Tasks
• Recurring Tasks - Ultimate Tasks can handle most of the recur settings you could ever want, including recurring by Days, Weeks, Months, Years, End of the Month, First/Last Weekday of the Month, and even specific days of the week (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri).
• Task priorities
• List, table, kanban, and calendar view

How to Duplicate the Template

Adding Ultimate Tasks to your own Notion workspace is easy. Hit the Duplicate button in the top-right corner:

That's it! After hitting that button, the template will be added to your workspace. By default, it should come in as a Private page. You can then move it into your Workspace area to give your team access if you want.

How to Use Ultimate Tasks
