Well hello there!
Ultimate Tasks is a full-featured task and project manager for Notion. It includes many of the feature you’re used to having in other task management apps like Todoist, TickTick, and Asana:

Before we get into the guide, I’ll mention that Ultimate Tasks also comes built-in to my complete second-brain template Ultimate Brain. It’s launching soon:
The Ultimate Second-Brain Notion Template - Tasks, Notes, and Projects
Ultimate Brain brings tasks, projects, notes, and goals all together in one place. You can organize your life using Tiago Forte’s PARA system (improved for Notion), and you’ll also get access to useful Dashboard and My Day pages.

If you create YouTube videos, blog posts, podcast episodes, or other content, you may also want to check out my Creator’s Companion template. It’s the exact system that my team and I use to manage content across all of our channels.

There’s even a version that includes a deeply-integrated copy of Ultimate Tasks.
Creator’s Companion is live now and includes a full support community with in-depth tutorials.

Adding Ultimate Tasks to your own Notion workspace is easy. Hit the Duplicate button in the top-right corner:
That's it! After hitting that button, the template will be added to your workspace. By default, it should come in as a Private page. You can then move it into your Workspace area to give your team access if you want.
For the most part, Ultimate Tasks should be pretty straightforward to use - especially if you have some experience with Notion. If you’re new to Notion or want to understand its features better, check out my 100% free course Notion Fundamentals:
