I’m looking for a stellar Customer Support Specialist to help me handle customer support related to my premium Notion Templates, including Ultimate Brain and Creator’s Companion.
These are expansive, powerful templates that take advantage of nearly all of Notion’s features:
This is a remote contract position, so you can work from anywhere (as long as you’re in a country where it is currently possible to sent payments from the US). Currently, this position requires around 1-2 hours of work per day, though that will likely increase over time.
We currently aim for a 24-hour response time for support threads. This means that you’ll be able to log in once a day, answer new threads, and then log off. This is not an “always-on” position.
Pay for this starts at $30 USD/hr, though I’m open to (and would prefer) a monthly retainer setup.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who I can work with long-term. There will likely be opportunity for the right person to grow into taking on other roles and duties down the road.
