Once done, you’ll be able to record voice memos, meetings, or lectures, then send a perfect transcript and summary to Notion automatically!

This automation can easily handle files that are even 2+ hours long.

You can also have the automation create summary lists, including main points, action items, follow-up questions, and more.

Overview

Setting up this automation is simple, and only takes a few steps:

Choose the workflow link for the cloud storage app you use (Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive).
Click the workflow link to automatically copy my pre-built workflow into your Pipedream account.
1. If you don’t have a Pipedream account, you’ll be prompted to create one. The free tier works perfectly for this workflow, and can even handle 3+ hour audio files!
Set your trigger folder and upload a test audio file (I’ve provided one you can use).
Choose your workflow settings – summary lists, Notion account, ChatGPT model, etc.
Deploy the workflow.

That’s it! This process should only take about 5 minutes. After that, you’ll be able to upload audio files to your chosen cloud storage folder, and Pipedream will automatically run the workflow on them.
