You can also create simple checklists; these are great for things like publishing a video, which might not need a detailed SOP, but could use a checklist for ensuring you don’t forget to do things. If working with a team, you can easily copy a doc’s URL to your clipboard and share it in Slack. Mark often-used docs as favorites. You can also associate docs with specific channels, which can help larger teams.

The Wiki is deliberately simple, as no two businesses are going to end up with the exact same categories for documentation. When you have a lot of docs, you may want to create additional views that are filtered by the included Tag property – for example, you could create a specific view for docs about your filming process (e.g. a Set Design reference doc, filming checklist, etc) Note to self: These are docs I can include in Notion for Creators, or in demo content
