Can customize what it says on bank statement (unlike most Merchant of Record platforms, which display their own name. This can cause higher chargeback rates as customers don’t recognize the company on their bank statement.)
- Later learning: Several MoR platforms (including Paddle) allow you to customize the statement line.
CK has a fraud prevention team, handling card testing and chargebacks
Taxes
- CK does calculate and charge VAT, does not remit
- Does not calculate or charge US sales tax

Email marketing is free for up to 1,000 subscribers. After that, pricing starts at $9/mo.
